Almost Live!: What Seattle Sketch Comedy Gave to Us | Splitsider

I grew up in Williams Lake, BC, but our NBC affiliate was King5 in Seattle, so I loved Almost Live. It used to pre-empt SNL to 12:05! Most of the jokes were about cities and towns around Seattle like Ballard or Burien. Everytime I go to Seattle, I sing “Kegger in the Field” from Folk Songs of South King County. It’s nice to see the show getting some respect from Splitsider.
